The cfengine hub is the repository of:
- the component files used to create
promises.cf, - the files which are fetched (copied into the filesystem) by the
cf-agentprocess running on each New World host. Implicitly this means the hub runs an instances of cf-serverd, and - the
hostname.csvCSV files which contains each known host's name, IP address, configuration classes, exported filesystems (if home directory server).
